About me

I’m an integrative counsellor, blending humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches to suit each individual client, because I believe everyone’s journey is unique. Rather than offering a one‑size‑fits‑all solution, I work alongside you to understand your history, your deepest longings, and what living authentically might look and feel like for you. Whether you bring grief, confusion, past hurts, or recurring patterns, my aim is to help you heal, deepen your self‑connection, and shape a life that feels genuinely your own. Along with my therapeutic training and academic grounding, I draw on life experiences such as single parenting, business management, multicultural living, and travel. These help me understand and empathise with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I know how hard it can be to balance work, family, culture, identity, and relationships, and I bring that awareness into our work together. If you would like to arrange an initial appointment or speak further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
