About me
I have trained in Transactional Analysis which has its roots in Psychodynamic and Humanistic psychotherapy, and share similarities with Schema therapy. Transactional Analysis (TA) examines an individual's personality and how this has been shaped by experiences. This means I’m able to help clients understand the root of their issues and therefore make lasting changes. I incorporate various models, techniques, and tools to teach clients how to become aware of their patterns of behaviour, thoughts, and feelings. I help individuals and couples to become aware of how they communicate to resolve conflict and misunderstandings. I also help my clients to set boundaries that promote living authentically, build their self-esteem, avoid burnout, and help them to become clear about their values and belief systems.
