About me
"Therapy is an investigation of how we function in the world, and how we can function more in tune with our nature” (Joel Latner). Therapy is a journey of self-discovery. If things feel overwhelming, confusing, or even hopeless right now, I want to reassure you that these moments—however dark—can also hold the potential for profound growth and transformation. I bring integrity, compassion, and curiosity to my work, and I’m here to support you in making more sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we will explore new possibilities to help you move toward a fuller, more joyful life. As a Gestalt therapist, I take a creative and holistic approach to personal growth. My work considers the whole person—your emotional, physical, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions—and hold a deep curiosity about how your past continues to shape your present experiences and relationships. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and concerns, including depression, anxiety, work-related stress, bereavement and loss, trauma, cultural identity, relationship and family issues, self-esteem, neurodiversity, and the impact of overwhelming life events. I also have extensive experience supporting clients with food-related challenges such as emotional eating, disordered eating, bulimia, restrictive eating, and body image concerns. My approach is non-judgmental and exploratory, helping you understand how you “live” in your body and how food and body image may be affecting—and sometimes limiting—your life. I offer a safe, confidential space where we work at a pace that feels right for you. My practice is collaborative and relational, grounded in professional boundaries and a commitment to your wellbeing. I look forward to meeting you and discovering how we can work together.
