About me

You might be exploring the idea of therapy as a way to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of your experiences, or find support with things that feel difficult right now. Within our therapeutic relationship, you will find a safe and supportive space where you can work through your challenges. We will work together to help you feel clear, more confident, and to find the strength and tools to create the changes you want in your life. My approach is relational and grounded in Integrative Transactional Analysis, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. It emphazises the supportive power of relationships in therapy, offering a safe environment to rebuild trust, understand relational wounds, and support healing from trauma or relational challenges. Look forward to hearing from you. Please check my website for more details.
