About me

I offer counseling for people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, and relationship issues. I've also supported clients through groups like Mind and Family Matters. My approach is always inclusive and trauma-informed. I also coach people who feel stuck with their career or life changes, or who just want to live a fuller life. I help you find clarity, confidence, and momentum to move forward. If you feel overwhelmed or disconnected, I'm here to meet you where you are. We'll gently explore the feelings and beliefs that are holding you back, and create practical steps toward what you want most. Every session is a safe, non-judgmental space. We can work on issues like anxiety, low self-esteem, or trauma, or just focus on how to live more fully. This is your journey and we'll go at your pace. Sometimes we'll focus on deep reflection, and other times on action and growth. All you need is a willingness to explore.
