About me

I have work with a wide range of issues including stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I am experienced in work with those who have experienced abuse, rape or assault and I aim to offer a safe harbour in which to discuss the effects of these events and find a way of handling the emotions. Recently I have been working more with relationships. This is a challenging form of counselling as, generally, each partner has a significantly different viewpoint from the other. I aim to help couples learn how to work, as a team, to resolve their issues and this can be hard work for all involved. I have worked with communication problems, sex and intimacy issues as well as porn and infidelity in numerous forms. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
