About me

On the surface, life can look organised; inside it can feel overloaded, distant, or stuck in the same arguments. I provide a calm, private space in Welwyn (AL6) to slow the noise, make sense of what’s happening, and create steady, lived change. My approach blends depth psychology with practical steps you can use between sessions, science meeting art, insight meeting action. With both couples and individuals, we focus on micro-repairs and clearer communication so connection becomes something you can actually feel again. I work thoughtfully and at a sustainable pace: Reflect on what’s shaped you, Release what’s keeping you stuck, and Rejoice in a life that feels better connected and intentional. Sessions are available in person in Welwyn and online across the UK & Internationally. Start within 2–3 weeks. Free 15-minute consultation to sense fit and map what would help most.
