About me

Maybe you’re feeling anxious, carrying grief, or navigating health challenges. You don’t need to have it all figured out to come to therapy and whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to face it alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a kind space, without judgement, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is person-centred which means I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you discover what feels meaningful and right for you. I want therapy to be accessible for everyone and I aim to be neurodivergent-, LGBTQ+, and racially inclusive. I work with individuals and have experience supporting people with grief, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions and neurodivergence. I’m especially interested in how therapy can support people through times of change, whether expected or unexpected. Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over 12 years working in TV, radio, and social media. I understand the pressure, intensity, and passion that often come with creative and fast-paced environments, as well as the toll they can take over time. That experience gave me an appreciation for the challenges of maintaining balance, identity, and wellbeing in industries that rarely slow down. In therapy, I offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters to you. What matters most to me is creating a genuine, trusting relationship — one where you feel heard, accepted, and supported as you explore both the painful and the hopeful parts of your life. If you’re considering therapy, I would be honoured to take those first steps with you.
