About me
I’m a BACP-registered psychodynamic counsellor based in Worthing, also working online with clients across Sussex and the UK. My approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can bring whatever is on your mind and we can make sense of it together. Psychodynamic therapy looks at both your present concerns and the deeper patterns that may be shaping them. This means we might explore how past experiences and relationships influence the way you think, feel, and relate today. I won’t give you quick fixes, but I will work with you to build self-understanding and find more fulfilling ways of living and relating. I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including: Anxiety, stress, and low mood Relationship and family difficulties Low self-esteem and self-confidence Life transitions (retirement, separation, loss, career changes) Grief and bereavement Feelings of being “stuck” or lacking direction Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together we can explore these challenges at your pace, helping you to feel more grounded, self-aware, and able to make meaningful changes in your life.
