About me
If you're feeling anxious or low, struggling with a mental health condition, or just not quite feeling like yourself, I'm here to listen. Or maybe you’re not in crisis and you just want space to reflect, grow, and show up more fully in your life. Therapy can be a place to unpack the messy stuff, question old habits, and reconnect with who you are or who you want to be. I strive to offer a supportive, collaborative, grounded space where you can feel truly heard. I am especially interested in offering an affirming approach for LGBT individuals. My training is rooted in CBT, but my approach is integrative. This means I draw on many different therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all — whatever you bring to session, we'll work together to tailor our work to your unique needs! Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Whether you’re struggling or just curious, I offer a warm, supportive space to explore things at your pace. If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you! I offer a free 15-minute phone call to allow you to ask questions, get to know me, and check if we're compatible.
