About me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step if you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, or a sense of being stuck, it can be hard to know where to begin. You may not yet have the words for what you're feeling, and that’s okay. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported as we explore what’s going on for you. How I Work I bring over 20 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and therapeutic practice. I work in an integrative and relational way, drawing from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. At the heart of my practice is the belief that a strong, trusting relationship is what enables real change. Our connections with others deeply shape our emotional well-being and our ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences and support healthier relationships with yourself and the people in your life. My Practice I run a busy practice in East and South East London, working with a wide range of people. This includes working parents, whether they are navigating the early stages of parenthood or raising teenagers, as well as young adults, individuals facing major life transitions, people coping with health diagnoses, and men who may find it more difficult to access therapy. I work with people from their late teens through to their 80s, tailoring the work to meet each person’s stage of life. My private practice includes clients from the creative industries, such as artists and television or theatre actors, as well as individuals in academia, healthcare, and the corporate world. About Me Before becoming a therapist, I trained in the arts and spent 15 years working in high-pressure industries such as big tech, banking, and law. I’ve always been drawn to working with people, but over time I developed a deep curiosity about the roots of emotional suffering and how people heal. My own experience in therapy was the beginning of that exploration. It helped me better understand myself and ultimately inspired me to train as a therapist. Today, I integrate my background in the creative arts with my experience in demanding professional environments. I often incorporate creative approaches, as I find they can be powerful tools for uncovering unconscious feelings and relational patterns. I love the work I do and feel incredibly privileged to support others on their path toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection.
