I specialise in helping people who feel stuck in old patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or people-pleasing — even when life looks fine on the outside. Many of my clients have experienced trauma, anxiety, or burnout, and are ready to feel calmer and more in control again. I often work with thoughtful, capable people who’ve spent years coping — including those with ADHD or autistic traits — and who want to understand themselves better and find healthier ways to move forward. My approach blends practical and evidence-based methods with gentle, focused hypnotherapy to help you safely process the past, build confidence, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.

I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people thrive, which led me to study Health, Welfare and Social Policy at university. Early in my career, I supported young people who were struggling, and completed a Diploma in Counselling. Since then, I’ve trained in Life and Business Coaching, Solution Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and NLP, and I continue to integrate additional evidence-based techniques such as EFT, Mindfulness, Havening, Muss Rewind and Parts Therapy. This blend of approaches allows me to support clients in: * Processing trauma and unconscious patterns * Exploring and shifting long-held behaviours and beliefs * Learning practical strategies to cope with life moving forward I work in a calm, collaborative way, tailoring sessions to each individual’s needs — helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident.
