About me
I’ve always been fascinated by the mind and human nature—why we do what we do—and that curiosity has guided my journey into therapy. After training as a professional actor at ALRA Drama School and happily working for 7 years as a jobbing actor I sought more financial stability and a new challenge and using my business and finance qualifications retrained in Project Management and later became a Delivery Assurance consultant on various large business change programmes for high-street names and banks. Along the way, I learned how to communicate effectively, assert myself, manage office politics, tackle a couple of bully's, and navigate life’s challenges, all while training as a therapist at night school and later working as a counsellor in the evenings. Eventually, I took the leap to establish my own online counselling practice, achieving London Harley Street recognition, where I could fully dedicate myself to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with clients to: Reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma symptoms Build self-confidence, resilience, and emotional balance Improve relationships, communication, and conflict resolution Overcome limiting beliefs, phobias, unhelpful coping strategies, and performance blocks I approach every session with curiosity, intuition, and passion. Sessions are tailored to your needs, with structured progress reports and practical tips so you always know where you are and what comes next. Clients describe working with me as life-changing, empowering, and progressive. I provide a safe, supportive space to process deep emotions, collapse years of trauma, and create meaningful, lasting change. I encourage candor, authenticity, integrity, courage, and humour—qualities I believe are essential for living fully and confidently. I was late-diagnosed with ADHD, and I bring these insights into my practice if clients with ADHD need them, offering structured reports, and practical tools for all clients helping them feel understood, organised, and empowered.

How I Help I support clients to overcome depression, anxiety, feelings of not being good enough, and relationship challenges by addressing the emotional experiences at the root of these difficulties. My approach blends Emotional Therapeutic Counselling with creative tools, Inner Child work, NLP, attachment-focused EMDR, and trauma-informed techniques to create a personalised and safe path to healing. Depression: Many people carry unresolved feelings of loss, shame, or rejection. Through creative exercises, Inner Child work, and guided exploration, we address the emotions that sustain depression, helping clients reconnect with themselves and gradually release its weight. Anxiety: Anxiety often arises from persistent worry or self-doubt. Together we identify the thought patterns and emotional triggers behind it. Using practical tools and calming techniques, clients learn to regulate their responses, reduce overthinking, and feel more in control. Not Feeling Good Enough: Long-standing beliefs of inadequacy often stem from attachment issues or early relationship experiences. In therapy we explore these patterns and work to replace self-criticism with self-compassion, confidence, and healthier self-beliefs. Relationship Counselling: I help individuals and couples improve communication, resolve recurring conflicts, and strengthen emotional connection. Sessions focus on understanding relationship patterns, expressing needs clearly, and building mutual understanding and trust. The outcome: Clients frequently experience relief from emotional heaviness, greater self-understanding, stronger confidence, and healthier relationships, all within a safe, supportive space for growth.
