About me
Therapy has the potential to improve the relationship you have with yourself and others, enabling you to live a more fulfilled life. However this can be challenging and change can feel scary, which is why I offer an authentic , honest and supportive therapeutic relationship to clients. I believe there is space for humour; gentle challenge as well as empathy and understanding. Alongside my practice I have worked as a hospice counsellor. My specialist areas of interest and experience are loss, grief; living with life limiting illness; neurodiversity and trauma. I work short and long term depending on a clients need.
