About me
Psychotherapy in London & Online When Life Feels Too Much If you’re reading this, something in your life may feel heavy, overwhelming or stuck. Maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety for a long time, repeating old patterns in relationships or feeling disconnected from who you are. You might look “fine” on the outside while inside things feel tangled, uncertain or too much to hold alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to feel more like yourself again. IFS, ACT & Somatic Trauma Informed Therapy Tailored to You My practise is Attachment-based and Trauma-informed based on IFS, ACT, Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy but what matters most is that the therapy fits who you are, not the other way around. I’ve also worked within the NHS, supporting clients facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. What Clients Achieve Reduced anxiety and stress Greater clarity and emotional steadiness Relief from long-held tension or overwhelm Healthier boundaries and relationships A stronger sense of identity, confidence and self-worth More choice in how they respond to triggers Renewed energy, purpose and authenticity Fees & Practical Information £65 per 50 minute individual session £80 per couples session £115 for a 90 minute combined Psychotherapy + Craniosacral session Online or in-person Concessions rates available A Somatic Approach For those who want a more embodied experience, I also offer Craniosacral Therapy alongside talking therapy. Many clients find this combination especially helpful when talk therapy hasn’t fully shifted anxiety, trauma responses or repetitive emotional patterns. This approach supports not just insight but felt, long lasting transformation. Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation If any of this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out for a free 15 minute discovery session. There’s no pressure to commit — just a chance to meet, ask questions and see whether the space I offer feels right for you. Couples Therapy in London & Online When Relationships Feel Stuck Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of support and fulfilment in our lives but when communication breaks down or intimacy fades, they can also become confusing, painful and lonely. Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, misunderstood or unsure how to repair something that used to feel effortless. If this feels familiar you’re not alone but change is possible. A Balanced Environment for Both Partners I offer structure and support where both partners can feel heard, validated and understood. My role is to help you slow down reactive moments, explore the unconscious needs driving your conflicts and create new ways of relating that feel more secure and respectful. In our sessions, you can expect a balanced, non-judgmental environment where each partner’s experience is valued. A Psychodynamic, Attachment Based Approach My work is grounded in Psychodynamic Couples Therapy which looks beneath the surface to understand the emotional histories and protective strategies each partner brings into the relationship. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & Gottman Method Principles Alongside this deeper work, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and key principles from the Gottman Method. Giving you practical tools for communication, conflict resolution and rebuilding trust. Together, this blend helps you shift reactive cycles into a more compassionate, emotionally attuned connection. Issues Couples Come to Me For Communication difficulties and recurring arguments Emotional or physical disconnection Trust, fidelity or repair work Adjusting to parenthood or major life changes Feeling unappreciated or misunderstood Chronic conflict or unresolved resentments Rebuilding closeness after drifting apart Book a Free 15 Minute Consultation You’re welcome to get in touch for a free 15 minute consultation, to ask questions and get a sense of how we might work together.
