About me
I understand that starting counselling can be a daunting thing to do. My priority is to help you feel comfortable and create the safety you need to feel able to talk about what's happening for you and why you've chosen to seek support. I can support you to begin (or continue) a healing process to bring you back to yourself. I'm trained in a pluralistic approach, meaning I can utilise many different skills depending on your needs. I am qualified to work with children, teenagers and adults, and I love the variety and rich experience that working with people of all ages brings. If you are seeking support for either yourself or a young person in your life, please do get in touch for a free, no-obligation chat.
