I offer both, in a safe & confidential space. Your Space Having worked in a variety of settings I have experience in helping with Depression, Anxiety and Low Self Esteem/Self Worth. I also specialise in Grief, Bereavement & Loss. More recently I have worked with Trauma, Abuse, Addiction and Relationship/Marriage issues. Through the process of counselling my clients have rediscovered themselves, understood where their challenges come from and developed their meaning and purpose of life. The results from Counselling can be amazing and life-changing and I provide a warm, empathetic environment for you to change, develop and grow.
