About me
I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist with six years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in online private practice. My work is rooted in compassion, trust, and inclusivity, offering a safe and adaptive space where healing feels possible and growth feels supported. Using an pluralistic counselling style, opens up space for collaboration, flexibility, and mutual exploration across modalities. I blend techniques from Person-Centred Therapy, DBT, CBT, Inner Child Work, and Mindfulness-based approaches to create personalised therapeutic experiences. I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and provide specialised support for ADHD and autism—focusing on masking, identity, emotional regulation, and self-acceptance. I also offer grief & bereavement counselling, couples therapy, and menopause wellness coaching—guiding clients through life’s transitions with clarity, emotional depth, and gentle exploration. Trauma-informed and holistic, my sessions are designed to foster resilience, emotional freedom, and authentic self-expression. I use creative tools like writing and sandtray to help clients process experiences and reconnect with their inner resources.
