About me
I’m a relational, person‑centred therapist who works slowly, gently, and attuned to your pace. People often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or far from themselves, and are looking for a space where they don’t have to mask or hold everything together. My approach is warm, intuitive, and trauma‑informed, offering a calm, human place to soften, breathe, and explore what feels tangled or tender. I meet you where you are, without pressure or expectation, and we move together in a way that honours your individuality and lived experience.

Training and qualifications
I trained as a person‑centred therapist, rooted in humanistic values and the belief that healing happens through genuine relationship, safety, and attunement. Since qualifying, I’ve continued to deepen my practice through ongoing training in trauma‑informed approaches, compassion‑focused work, and relational therapy. My work with couples is supported by additional specialist training, and I regularly engage in CPD that strengthens my understanding of neurodiversity, masking, burnout, and the lived experiences of ADHD and autistic clients. I am fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and remain committed to ethical, reflective practice through continuous professional development and supervision.
