About me

I am an experienced and trained Systemic Counsellor, which allows me to work with individuals and couples. My background has been working with neurodivergent, behavioural and attachment young people and their families. I then went on to work with life limiting children and young adults and their families in a children’s hospice in South Wales. This lead me on the path to train as a counsellor as I found myself drawn to this part of the job. Although I trained as a Systemic Counsellor I firstly completed two years training as an integrative counsellor. This allows me to tailor my sessions to the individual or couple’s needs. I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) which ensures I adhere to their guidelines. Above all, starting counselling is a brave step to take and I would like to help by providing a safe space on this journey.
