About me

I'm an existential psychotherapist offering a calm, non-judgemental space where we can think together about whatever’s troubling you — whether that’s anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, or a deeper sense of disconnection or stuckness. My approach is collaborative and reflective. I won’t rush to provide answers or diagnoses, but I will listen closely, ask questions that help you understand yourself more clearly, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. I aim to hold emotional intensity with care, especially for clients who find vulnerability difficult or have been blamed or misunderstood in the past. People often come to me when they’re struggling to make sense of change, conflict, or painful emotions, and want to find more honest, grounded ways of being with themselves and others. I’ve worked with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, identity questions, relational trauma, shame, emotional overwhelm, and recovery from difficult relationship dynamics. I offer both short and longer-term work, depending on what you need.
