About me
I’m a BACP registered integrative counsellor and therapist offering short and long-term therapy for trainees, young adults, adults and older adults, both in-person in a calm, friendly setting in Shrewsbury and online via Zoom. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard and supported working with adults, parents, professionals, and neurodivergent clients. I warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, sexualities, and cultures. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or stuck—or perhaps you’re navigating relationship challenges, burnout, or life changes. Whatever has brought you here, I’ll meet you with kindness and curiosity, and we’ll explore what you need at your own pace. Clients often describe me as compassionate, grounded and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome—especially if you’ve ever felt unseen, unheard, or like you’ve had to mask who you are.
