About me

My initial training was psychodynamic, which means exploring possible links between our current emotional reactions in relationships and our early life experiences. The variety of trainings I have attended are like different ways of working I keep in my symbolic toolbox. So I can apply these different techniques depending on the emotional needs presented during the sessions. As a multilingual and multicultural person my life and work experiences have been shaped by international dynamics, which nurture my understanding of being different and help me to connect to different cultures and related values on a deeper level. We can reflect on whether brief therapy intervention or open-ended work would be beneficial for your emotional needs. For the therapeutic work to have a chance to develop we would need to respect the pace that would feel right for you. There is no right or wrong when it comes to sharing one's experiences in a confidential therapeutic space. I am to promote a non-judgemental, accepting, caring, respectful and compassionate approach.
