About me
I’m a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist, and I believe deeply in the power of a compassionate, honest connection. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down and begin to feel more like yourself again. I’m particularly passionate about working with adults who are navigating periods of change or pressure such as new or evolving roles, work-related stress, identity shifts, low self-worth, or the emotional impact of past experiences. I also support people dealing with anxiety, anger, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low mood, and self-esteem issues. Some clients come with a clear goal; others simply know that something doesn’t feel right. Both are very welcome. My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw on person-centred counselling, a mix of CBT and DBT techniques, and solution-focused approaches, always within a warm, collaborative relationship where you set the pace. I also offer hypnotherapy as a gentle way to support relaxation, emotional regulation, or focused change. I have training and experience in working with neurodivergent clients, and I’m committed to creating a space that is inclusive, flexible, and responsive to who you are and not who you feel you should be. I understand that traditional therapy models don’t always fit everyone, and I work thoughtfully to adapt sessions to your needs. Outside of therapy, I value practices that help me reflect and stay connected to myself. Meditation and creative activities are an important part of my own wellbeing, helping me regulate when life feels demanding or overwhelming. I often encourage clients to explore what helps them feel grounded or restored in their own lives, in ways that feel realistic and meaningful for them. Above all, I offer a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences safely.

Training and qualifications
I am a qualified counsellor, holding a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in ethical, client-centred work. Alongside my core training, I am a qualified hypnotherapist, offering an additional therapeutic tool for clients who find benefit in deep relaxation and guided visualisation work. I have also completed specialist training in neurodiversity, helping me to work sensitively and effectively with clients who may be autistic, have ADHD, or otherwise Neurodivergent. My background includes working with adults facing anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, anger issues, and identity challenges. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel fully supported as they move toward greater self-awareness and change.
