About me
I’m a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, working with adults both online and in person. Many of my clients come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they really are—coping on the outside but struggling internally with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or a sense of disconnection. My approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis, a model that helps make sense of the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. We explore these together in a way that supports greater awareness, choice, and a clearer connection to yourself. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 30 years in the corporate world in coaching and leadership roles. That experience gives me insight into the challenges of high-pressure environments, career transitions, and managing the demands of work and personal life. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely, reflect openly, and begin to navigate what matters most to you—at a pace that feels right.
