About me
Our sessions are a protected space for us to think about what your needs are and how they can be met moving forward. This making-sense unfolds at your pace, with acceptance and respect. I offer both long-term, in-depth work and shorter-term sessions in Clapham, Victoria and online. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, feelings of stuck-ness, overwhelm, low confidence or self-esteem, uncertainty about relationships or life changes. We can find language for what feels confusing or hard to name. This process often involves reconnecting with desires, examining patterns that keep repeating, building trust in the world and yourself, setting boundaries, or making sense of emotions that can become too much. All aspects of experience will enrich our work: fears, dreams, memories, and doubts. Therapy can be confronting, but as meaning begins to emerge and we might be able to see ways that life could be made more wonderful and better suited to your newfound understanding of yourself. If you'd like, we can begin with a short phone call to get a sense of each other and think about where we might begin.

Training and qualifications
I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapist, currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy (UKCP-accredited), building on a postgraduate diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (Distinction) from the University of Brighton. My clinical experience includes working at the Rock Clinic in Brighton, within the NHS at Bethlem Royal Hospital as part of a crisis-focused Home Treatment Team, and in private practice in a range of Central and South London locations. I’ve worked with a broad range of clients and presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, identity exploration, neurodivergence, perfectionism, and life transitions. Across all of these settings, I’ve developed a thoughtful, relational, and trauma-informed approach, helping clients navigate both longstanding challenges and more immediate crises in a reflective, supportive space.
