About me

I understand what it’s like to carry anxiety, feel stuck , overwhelmed, or not quite know where you belong. This may be within yourself or in your relationships. Sometimes, those very relationships create more anxiety, leaving you feeling alone, even when you're not. It can seem like everyone else is more confident or settled while you battle self-doubt, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, or family issues. I’ve been there. Therapy changed things for me, and many of my clients have found it transformative too. I can help. I offer sessions mainly online with limited face to face availability in London Bridge, Brixton and Crystal Palace I offer an inclusive space where your identity and lived experiences are fully respected. Drawing from my versatile training, NHS & voluntary sector experience, along with a coaching background, I bring a wide toolkit to support your journey. You can read more below on what brings some of my clients to therapy and how I can help. If you’d like to talk, please feel free to get in touch for a free 10-minute chat.
