About me
⸻ Clare Chambers I’m a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, and clinical hypnotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through emotional pain, trauma, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, deeply compassionate, and integrative — drawing on psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, nervous system healing, and subconscious reprogramming. I specialise in helping people who’ve grown up feeling unseen, emotionally neglected, or burdened by their families. Many of my clients are sensitive, intelligent, and capable — yet carry hidden wounds that show up in relationships, eating patterns, anxiety, or a sense of never quite belonging. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, a trauma history, or a turning point in your life, I offer a safe space for you to explore, feel, and begin to heal. My approach is human, warm, and non-judgmental. This is your time — to unravel old survival patterns, reconnect with your true self, and reclaim the life that’s always been yours.

🩺 Clare Chambers – Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist I qualified in 2007 as a counsellor, psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist, and I bring over 15 years of experience supporting clients through emotional, relational, and somatic challenges. My background includes a Certificate in Eating Disorders, and I have a deep understanding of the emotional roots of disordered eating, body image distress, and self-abandonment cycles. I offer a grounded, compassionate, and integrative approach — drawing on psychodynamic understanding, nervous system-informed work, and mind–body practices to support long-term healing and emotional resilience. Many of my clients come to me with: • Childhood emotional neglect • Adult relationship struggles • Anxiety, low self-worth, and inner conflict • Disordered eating patterns • Grief and loss • Narcissistic family dynamics My work is trauma-informed, confidential, and rooted in creating a space where you can feel seen, safe, and supported — whether you’re navigating a crisis, feeling stuck, or ready to reclaim your power
