About me
Hello, I a dedicated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) offering both online therapy UK-wide and in-person sessions in Poole and Wimborne, Dorset. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I support adults through a range of challenges—including anxiety (OCD, panic, phobias, GAD, burnout), depression (low mood, postnatal depression, self-esteem), and life transitions—using evidence-based CBT techniques. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your personal values. You’ll find in me a therapist who is understanding, non-judgmental, and committed to helping you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns. Together, we’ll work to equip you with practical tools and resilience, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity. Curious if we’re a good match? I’d be happy to connect for an initial conversation and explore your needs together.
