About me
You might feel stuck, anxious, or like something just isn’t quite right — even if it’s hard to name. Maybe the same feelings or relationship patterns keep coming back. Or you’re simply tired of holding things in, unsure how to shift them. I offer a calm, reflective space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface — at your pace. We might look at how past experiences, unspoken beliefs, or early relationships are still shaping the way you feel, think, and relate to others now. I’m a UKCP and BPC-accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist, with experience in both private practice and clinical settings. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the arts and media — work that deepened my sensitivity to identity, self-expression, and the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden. You don’t need a crisis or diagnosis to begin therapy. Just a sense that something could be different. Together, we’ll create the space to understand your experience more fully — and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

Training and qualifications
Previously, I worked in the arts and cultural sectors in the UK and abroad. These experiences have deepened my understanding of identity, transitions, and the complexities of personal growth, which I integrate into my therapeutic practice. Living and working across different cultures taught me how disorienting transitions can be, especially when they stir up questions about identity, belonging, or direction. I bring this understanding into my work, supporting clients through periods of change, uncertainty, and those times when we feel stuck and unsure how to move forward. My journey into psychotherapy began with my studies at Birkbeck, followed by training at WPF, and was completed at BPF, where I gained extensive experience in psychodynamic practice. I am a registered member of: The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) The Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) The British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) I adhere to the code of conduct and ethical standards of these Professional bodies.
