About me

You may seem capable, but inside feel anxious, overthinking, or caught in familiar patterns - especially in relationships or in how you treat yourself. Life can feel confusing or exhausting, especially when the same patterns keep repeating. Psychodynamic therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold everything together, and where we can begin to understand why things feel the way they do. Together we look at how earlier experiences shape how you feel about yourself and others today. This work can bring up emotions that feel unfamiliar or intense - but we approach it at a pace that feels manageable. Many people come feeling stuck or overwhelmed by patterns they haven’t been able to shift alone. Therapy isn’t about quick fixes, but about creating lasting understanding and change. I bring insight from my earlier work in the arts and cultural sectors in the UK and abroad. These experiences deepened my understanding of identity, transitions, and the complexities of personal growth—perspectives I integrate into therapy to support clients through periods of change, uncertainty, or when life feels stuck. You're welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation. I offer sessions in person and online.
