About me

You might feel stuck, anxious, or like something just isn’t quite right, even if it’s hard to put into words. Perhaps the same emotional or relationship patterns keep repeating, or you find yourself holding things in and feeling unsure how to change them. I offer a calm, reflective space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your pace. As a psychodynamic therapist, I work with the deeper patterns shaped by past experiences, unspoken beliefs, and early relationships, and how these continue to influence how you feel about yourself and relate to others today. People often come to me with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or a sense of being emotionally stuck. Together, we work with care and curiosity to make sense of what’s happening and support meaningful, lasting change. I am a UKCP and BPC-accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist, with experience in both private practice and clinical settings. Before training as a therapist, I worked in the arts and media, which deepened my sensitivity to identity, self-expression, and the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden. You don’t need a crisis or diagnosis to begin therapy — just a sense that something could be different. I offer sessions both in person and online.

Training and qualifications

Previously, I worked in the arts and cultural sectors in the UK and abroad. These experiences have deepened my understanding of identity, transitions, and the complexities of personal growth, which I integrate into my therapeutic practice. Living and working across different cultures taught me how disorienting transitions can be, especially when they stir up questions about identity, belonging, or direction. I bring this understanding into my work, supporting clients through periods of change, uncertainty, and those times when we feel stuck and unsure how to move forward. My journey into psychotherapy began with my studies at Birkbeck, followed by training at WPF, and was completed at BPF, where I gained extensive experience in psychodynamic practice. I am a registered member of: The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) The Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) The British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) I adhere to the code of conduct and ethical standards of these Professional bodies.
