About me

A Warm Welcome – if you’re seeking real change, meaningful connection, and support from an experienced, compassionate, thoughtful therapist, I’m here to start this journey with you. I’m a Bilingual (English & Farsi) doctoral researcher and practitioner with a strong academic background in psychology (BSc), counselling (certified), and psychological research methods (MSc). My doctoral work focuses on relational trauma, unhealthy relationships (narcissistic types...) and emotional difficulties, which deeply informs my therapeutic approach. I work integrative – drawing on a wide range of therapeutic models including Existential Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and Systemic Therapy – to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, identity, depression, relationship difficulties, or emotional overwhelm, you don’t have to face it alone. With over a decade of experience, including senior roles in NHS Primary, Secondary Service, Gender Identity Clinic and CAMHS, I’ve supported people through: PTSD & complex trauma Childhood abuse or emotional neglect OCD & health anxiety Low self-worth, grief, or loss Disordered eating & body image issues LGBTQ+ identity exploration & support Sleep problems, burnout, or stress I offer a warm, confidential space where you can feel truly heard. Our work together is collaborative – focused on understanding your world and equipping you with the insight and tools to move forward with resilience and self-compassion. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after time away, you're welcome to book a 15 minutes free initial consultation to see if we’re the right fit.
