I’m a fully insured Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist in doctoral training, with a strong academic foundation and over a decade of experience across the NHS, private practice, and charity sectors. I hold a certificate in counselling skills, a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Psychological Research Methods, and my doctoral research focuses on relational trauma and emotional difficulties. My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw from a range of evidence-based models—including Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, existential, and systemic approaches—tailoring our work to your unique needs. We’ll decide together what works best for you, creating a space that’s flexible, compassionate, and focused on meaningful change. I’ve worked in senior NHS roles across complex mental health services, CAMHS, and the London Gender Identity Clinic. I support adults and adolescents facing PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, body image issues, sleep difficulties, and relational challenges. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your struggles and begin the process of healing and growth.
