About me

I have always been a people person and realised that I wanted to work in mental health when I was 16. Since then I have gained experience through work and life to help me to help others. I have worked in the NHS, various Charities and volunteer programs. I have worked professionally in mental health since 2014. Finding the right support for your mental and emotional well-being is an essential step toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma or simply seeking personal growth, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore, heal, and thrive. My approach is Person-centred, blending evidence-based therapies with a warm, empathetic presence to help you achieve lasting change. I believe that every person has the potential to create positive change. I am here to support you on your journey. Together, we can work toward a healthier, more balanced you.
