Training and qualifications

Chadia holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychotherapy, which equips her to provide in-depth therapeutic work focused on accessing unconscious defences. This specialised training allows her to help clients explore and address childhood trauma, as well as other deeply rooted issues that may be contributing to their current difficulties. Through this approach, Chadia facilitates a deeper understanding of personal history, helping individuals navigate complex emotions and experiences with greater insight and healing. Chadia is a psychodynamic therapist who fosters a direct, honest, and supportive environment for her clients. With extensive experience in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, relationship challenges, eating disorders, depression, and addictions, she provides compassionate and effective care. While her primary expertise lies in the psychodynamic modality, Chadia also integrates elements of Gestalt and humanistic approaches into her practice. In addition, she has experience working with clients on psychosexual issues and has recently completed specialized training in psychosexual therapy, allowing her to offer support to those facing sexual concerns.
