About me
I work with a a very broad array of issues in my private practice, and always aim to offer a warm and non-judgemental opportunity for clients or couples to get to know themselves on a deeper level, and overcome any challenges they or their relationship may face. Although the space is primarily for talking therapy (and coaching if that is what you are seeking), I encourage your sessions to be as dynamic and creative as you would like them to be. This means that if you choose to work with me, the opportunity is there for you to find and connect with the deeper parts of yourself through creative means, such as symbolism, meditation, and visualisation, dreamwork, drawing and role play, and using the body. I always tailor sessions to your needs and preferences however, and if you would like to work through whatever you need to bring by simply talking together - with me there to facilitate, hold space for you and encourage your process along - then that is what we shall do! I have three special areas of interest: Firstly, I am the sole referring Psychotherapist for ObGyn Matters, a leading gynaecology practice affiliated with London's Portland hospital. Through this work, I am proud to offer support for women and their partners facing issues related to: infertility, miscarriage, perimenopause, menopause, loss of libido, unwanted pregnancies and sexual trauma. Secondly, I have a special interest in blended families, which was the topic of my first book, Step Up, published in early 2025. With my interest and expertise in this subject I often work with adult couples and their families to help with common topics such as introductions and integration, building household norms and rituals, and conflict management. I also work with co-parenting teams to help them celebrate their differences as well as align on the important stuff in service of the children they share together. My work related to this subject has been featured in the Sunday Times and The Guardian. Finally, I work with business and corporate professionals on issues related to the workplace, leadership, promotions and confidence building, conflict management, burnout, stress management, line management, group dynamics and team building. All client work is upheld by a strict ethical code which includes confidentiality. However, I am happy to sign an NDA for any high profile individuals who use these when working with others.
