About me

I’m an integrative and person-centred therapist with extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. I’ve provided over 800 hours of therapy, working both in private practice and for one of the UK’s leading Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), where I’ve supported clients from diverse backgrounds and professions. My approach is collaborative, warm, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I draw from various therapeutic models to tailor the work to each individual’s needs, helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in making meaningful change. I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationship and family difficulties, trauma, grief, and workplace stress. I also support clients navigating life transitions, burnout, and questions around purpose or direction. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to reflect, I aim to offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you.
