About me

As a person-centred counsellor, I place you at the heart of our work together. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk with you, offering empathy, compassion, and a judgment-free space. We will work collaboratively to explore the challenges you are facing and develop strategies to move forward in a way that feels aligned with your values and goals. In my practice, I specialise in supporting individuals navigating late diagnoses of neurodivergence or those exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent. I have a particular passion for helping those on their journey of unmasking and embracing their true selves. I recognise how complex these experiences can be, especially for those who feel they’ve spent years adapting to societal expectations, and I am here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your authenticity. There can also be an overwhelming feeling of grief for what might have been and this can take some time to work through and unpack these feelings in order to move forward. In addition to my work with neurodivergence, I offer trauma-informed counselling and am a certified mental health first aider and suicide first aider. I am especially attuned to working with women who have experienced childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and workplace challenges. These experiences often intertwine with neurodivergent traits, and I strive to create a space where you can reflect, heal, and understand your emotions without judgment.
