About me

I believe in the power of being truly heard. I know that life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck at times—and that seeking therapy can be both a hopeful and daunting step. My role is to offer a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, without judgment or expectation. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in high-pressure professional environments. This experience gave me a deep understanding of stress, burnout, and the weight of expectations—both external and internal. In the therapy room, I bring warmth, curiosity, and an open-minded approach. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that therapy should feel like a space where you can reconnect with your own wisdom and resilience. Some clients come to me feeling lost, struggling with anxiety, depression, or difficult life transitions. Others aren’t sure exactly what’s wrong but know something doesn’t feel right. Wherever you are, my focus is on walking alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences, and supporting you in finding the clarity and change that feels meaningful to you.
