I am an adult psychodynamic psychotherapist with extensive experience in the NHS, including my current role at the Tavistock & Portman Trauma Unit, an award-winning service for complex trauma. Alongside this, I offer open-ended individual psychotherapy from my consulting room in Hackney, East London. I have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, presenting with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, and identity concerns.
