About me

First and foremost, I will listen and respond with all my attention to you and what you bring to our session. In the space of non judgement that we share, insight into yourself and your situation will emerge. Through engagement with this process, you will form a closer relationship with yourself and your needs, becoming more able to find the ways you can fulfill them. As our rapport develops over time, trust between us grows and what you might feel able to delve into with me will evolve with you. My approach is person centred and include many elements of gestalt practice to release the power of the imagination that lies within. I very much adapt the path to each individual client depending on what they are looking for in therapy.
