About me

I am an advocate for affordable therapy and trauma treatment, thus, my rates represent this. Together we will find the connections between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, then use the correct tools to help manage them, to gently guide you in becoming the champion of your domain. My aim is to offer a safe environment to enable healing, growth and then strengthen and arm you so not only will you surpass your challenges, but have the tools necessary to combat future ones too. I don’t just want to help; I want to and will make you stronger. I am a Cognitive behaviour therapist with 10 years experience working with neurodiversity, working in a pluralistic way calling upon Acceptance and commitment Therapy as well as Dialectic Beheaviour Therapy creating a wide toolbox capable of adapting to your needs. Together we will find the links, clear the fog and create the correct toolbox tailored to your individual needs and character.
