About me

I believe that each client is unique. You will each have your own individual experiences, history, challenges and strengths. My aim is to support you, the individual, in forming a deeper understanding of what is troubling you and why because the better we understand this, the more likely we are to find a meaningful way forward. My experience tells me that lasting change comes from within, and this is why I won't tell you what to do. Rather, I will work with you to discover your own, unique path to healing. My ultimate aim is for you to leave therapy having achieved meaningful and lasting change and armed with insights that will support you long after our time together comes to an end. In summary, I see therapy as a joint endeavour to which I bring my clinical and theoretical experience, and you bring your experience of being you.
