Welcome to my profile.
I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of BACP.
When we start the therapy, we are going to explore your feelings and thoughts, and I will be here to support your journey towards healing. I believe that exploration can be the light when you are in the tunnel and I will be here with you to find the way.
In order for you to explore through the counselling process, I will provide an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
You are the expert of your life and I have an experience in therapy. I believe the therapy will be a meeting between two experts. I hope we can make this journey together.

- 50-minute individual therapy: £70
I do offer a few slots with a concessionary rate. It is very welcome to discuss current circumstances and decide together when we start.
