I mainly in cooperate three models of Psychodynamics, meaning I help you explore into the past, so to make sense of the present. I used person centred approach for clients who just want to focus on the present and moving forward. I also use CBT, which is a catalyst into  helping client with anxiety, depression, trauma  etc. Solution focus is another that I used, as client sometimes find it difficult to identify a solution to their issues.
