Tim Mcloughlin
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
It can sometimes seem as though there is constant pressure to fulfill the demands placed on us by our work, families, and in our relationships.
It is not surprising that for many of us trying to keep up with these demands can have a detrimental effect on our wellbeing.
My name is Tim McLoughlin and I have been a practicing counsellor in High Wycombe and Beaconsfield for the past five years. I provide counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
Over the years, I have worked with both individuals and couples who have experienced difficulties with:
- Stress
- Anger Management
- Redundancy
- Depression
- Addiction
- Relationships
- Anxiety
- Panic Attacks
- Bereavement
My aim is to enable my clients to enhance their life and to live it more fully.
An area of particular interest to me is Animal Assisted Therapy, (AAT) whereby the presence of an animal in a therapeutic setting can provide comfort, aid relaxation and help some to talk more openly about their concerns. You can read more about this aspect of my counselling here.
I am able to work on an open-ended basis or over an agreed time frame, based in Buckinghamshire my counselling practice is easily accessible from High Wycombe, Amersham and London.
