Susan Scher Integrative psychotherapist , N8
I am a humanistic psychotherapist and offer counselling and psychotherapy on a short term or long term basis in Crouch End, London N8.
Most people come into therapy with a specific issue they want to address. I can support you to explore what is not working in your life and help you to find your own solutions. I will get to know you and work with you in a way that best supports you. I am empathic, but will challenge you when needed.
I am interested in people, our uniqueness and differences. I have worked in IT for 25 years and have brought up a family. I understand the challenges of balancing work with the demanding commitments of life and family. I am passionate about therapy which has been of immeasurable value in my life.
I have worked with my clients on many issues including stress, self-esteem, physical and sexual abuse, anxiety, anger management, bullying, bereavement and general communication skills.
