I am confident liaising with clients in order to deliver high-quality, confidential, ethical and empathy-driven counselling services to reach solution-focused goals in a non-judgmental and non-advisory setting. I am experienced in building collaborative working relationships with clients across different cultures. I have the passion to work with people in order to help them make a positive impact on their lives. I continually seek personal development and am passionate about counselling, coaching and mentoring people.
I have work experience as a Counselling Psychologist using mostly solution-focused and cognitive therapy while working in corporates and Employee Assistance Program services for various everyday-life and professional concerns. I am a counselling psychologist by qualification living in London and also a member of the British Psychological Society.
My academic and work experience has given me the skills to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. My ability to work under pressure has been illustrated by my handling management roles in the past. I have also gained industry experience in Human Resources and I am keen to mentor people who wish to bring positivity and empowerment to their lives.
