Pegah is a qualified counsellor with 10 years of experience in the field and she is currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (DPsych). she is registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She aims to provide an empathic, non-judgmental and supportive space where clients can open up and feel seen and heard for who they truly are. While counselling helps clients to process difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, she believes that therapy can also focus on the potential of her clients. Working integratively, Pegah uses Person centred and CBT to identify patterns her clients' thoughts and behaviours, Psychodynamics to help clients identify and address the root cause of their problems, Transactional Analysis to help clients manage their relationships in a healthier way, and mindfulness to help address anxious responses.
