Olga Salodini
Sex therapy psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a fully qualified Integrative Sex therapist, Psychosexual and Relationship therapist providing therapy to individuals and couples. After completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, I trained at the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, accredited by Middlesex University in London. I am advancing my professional development in couples therapy at NAOS Institute (London). I have Completed my training in Diploma in Compulsive Sexual Behaviours (CICS, London) and The Couples Institute (California).
I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental professional space to my clients, within which we can gain an understanding, and enhancement, of their sexuality and intimate relationships. My approach is integrative, which means that I will tailor the treatment to suit my client’s specific needs. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy, and use, e.g., Attachment theory, where it is useful to facilitate a stronger bond between partners, or Cognitive Therapy to help clients develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving to reduce psychological distress. I also draw on existential therapy to help clients achieve different perspectives and discover new meaning in their lives. Whether my clients seek to improve their self-understanding, communication with others, or work through sexual issues, we will work together to achieve the positive changes they aspire to gain. I strive to support my clients to regain a balance and a sense of belonging in the world and resolve sexual and intimate relationship difficulties.
I work with a broad range of issues including, but not limited to, relationship difficulties, infidelity, communication issues, low sexual desire, arousal difficulties, orgasmic issues, erectile dysfunction, premature or delayed ejaculation, vaginal pain, understanding sexual practices/preferences, reducing anxiety around sex and improving relationships and intimacy. I have a true passion and deep commitment to helping people better understand their lives' emotional challenges and helping couples create healthy and meaningful relationships.
