Nicky Forsythe is a Psychotherapist, researcher and innovator in the area of emotional health, and believes that techniques from psychotherapy can be used by anybody to lead a satisfying and beneficial life.
Nicky is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP (Accred.), a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
She is 55, has been with her husband Roy for 25 years and has a son aged 15.
