Dr Malinder Bhullar
Integrative practitioner psychologistAbout Me
Hi, I'm Malinder...
I am a HCPC and Psychology Board of Australia Registered Psychologist, with over 20 years experience working in the NHS, independent healthcare sector and private practice.
I am based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and offer in-person services from comfortable, well-appointed rooms in Leeds city centre. I am best suited to help people over 16 years of age with issues related to complex psychological trauma, emotional overcontrol, risk of harm to others, and particularly tough relationship problems in any part of life. I welcome enquiries from health and social care qualified and trainee practitioners seeking therapy, individual and group supervision.
I fully appreciate that it can feel overwhelming or confusing being faced with so much information and advice nowadays. I have successfully helped many people who have felt anxious about, disillusioned with or even harmed by therapy or their workplace. Or because of their histories and life circumstances, they have believed that change is impossible for them.
I am accredited and experienced in a range of approaches including talking therapy, body-based therapy and skills training either on their own or integrated together to meet your needs. I am one of few Radically Open DBT intensively trained clinicians in the UK and Australia, which is a specialised therapy for mental health and wellbeing problems linked to having too much emotional control (including chronic depression and anxiety, eating disorders).
If you'd like to arrange a free, no-obligation phone or video consultation you are welcome to contact me by email: [email protected], or mobile/WhatsApp on 075 382 651 03.
