In my opinion and experience, one size does not fit all and we all deal with life experiences in our unique way.  It follows then that I take a holistic approach to my work: looking at the past in relation to the present - aiming to build a brighter future with those who seek my help.

My experience of working with people has been acquired by working both in the public and voluntary sectors for 40 years which I feel has been a good grounding for the work I do and has resulted in me building  a successful, busy practice.
